Last week went buy too quickly! Got caught up on the 42 voicemails!  That's good. Wednesday I got everything together so that I could leave on Thursday. Left Thursday for Aliso Viejo California to hang out with my friends, Bub, Charlie and Ian. (See below!)

They make up "The Veracity Project"! They do web design, short video's, graphics galore etc. Crazy talented.

Awesome week after returning from a long stretch on the road.  Got up around 5 am Tuesday and got home around 12:30 pm.  Went into the office and took care of business.  Got out around 1:30 pm and just plain vegetated! 

I know this is a quick blog, but the problem is that I leave
tomorrow for the Grand Canyon and will be out of touch for 9 days.  As
soon as I get back I hopefully catch a flight to Atlanta and arrive at
11:30 pm to speak the next morning at 9 am.  IF I miss the flight I
take an 11 pm flight to get in at 7 am to speak at 9 am!  Prayers are
appreciated!  All this to say I won't be able to update the blog or Facebook for about 11 days.  When I do I'll put up a day by day account of the river trip!

Had a really good week hope you were blessed as well.  Got some emails that really encouraged me and some opportunities that are pretty exciting.  But I digress!  (Love the commercial.  Have you seen it?  It goes like this:  "Who's our best presenter?" "Carl"  And then he takes Carl on the road and he's not a communicator.  My mind works different, I know.)

Anyway, Sunday as I told you I was ordained in my church.  This was a great honor and calling.  I'm excited to see where the Lord is going to lead with this.

A lot to tell you about this week!  First, I've got to update you on the results of the "Worldview Survey" for this week!  This week I just wanted to have some fun so the question was, "Who Would Win in a Fight, Superman vs. Ultraman?"  The results, drum roll please!  47.8% said Superman!!!! 

  I told you that I'd share what happens when you get tired! Well, it's been a crazy couple of weeks.  Went from Asheville, North Carolina to Covington Virginia to Lexington Virginia to home to leave the next morning for Anaheim California to Costa Mesa California to fly home and leave 4 hours later for Massachusetts.  All that to say don't hold what I'm about to write against me.  I was tired.

Busy Week to say the least!  Last Sunday/Monday in Lexington went amazingly!  On Monday night a man that I went to high school with over 30 years ago came to church for the first time for I don't know how long!  He joked about having to call someone to work for him so he could come.  When the guy asked why he needed him to work he told him he was going to church.  The guy couldn't believe it!  He brought his children with him and they truly blessed me.  He's one of the hardest working men I've ever known.  Please pray for Jimmy, Megan and Edward.  Really good folks!
