Marco to Miami!

  A friend sent this picture to me!  Too good to not share with you.  I'll put the text that went with the picture at the end of the blog, you've got to read it!!!!!!

  Great week so far.  I'm in Marco Island Florida visiting some friends.  While here their church opened the door up for me to speak in the afternoon for 2 hours.  Good turnout, great questions, encouraging feedback.  This church sent out over 4000 flyers to the public school children to attend the meeting.  They received reports that some of the teachers shredded the papers and told the students to NOT pay attention to the meeting or to use the advertisement as scrap paper.

  I find it interesting that a school system that has our children for over 175 days a year, for over 900 hours of indoctrination is afraid of a 2 hour session on a Sunday afternoon!  Think about it.  They are the ones that are supposed to have the truth and are not intimidated of our stupid arguments.  They sincerely believe that Christians are mentally inferior or stupid and have worthless arguments, right? 

  I've got a question then, why would they NOT send them to see just how ridiculous we are so they can prove how smart they are?  Seriously, I would have no trouble sending someone that I'm spending 900 plus hours a year indoctrinating to see someone teach that the earth is flat so they can see just how sad the arguments are.  I'm confident in my ability as a teacher to show how inadequate their reasoning is!  So much for pursuing truth.

  Leave tomorrow to head for Miami where I'll spend 4 days working with Christian School kids.  Awesome opportunity, thanks for your prayers.
