Happy New Year 2!

Happy New Year 2!

I know it's only been 3 days but, this is officially the first blog of 2010!  All I know is, God is good, al the time!  I've added some VERY important prayer requests at the Prayer Warrior's section.  Please life Luke and Bernerd up!  Big needs there.

I'm compiling the info gathered from the Worldview Survey pretty shortly.  If you've NOT taken it and are interested, please go HERE to take it.  I appreciate this a lot.

I leave Wednesday for Minnesota!  What's up with that!  I've got to get better at this scheduling thing.  It was minus 36 there a couple of days ago!  I'm not built for that kind of weather.  I lived in Minnesota for a while as a young man so it will be good to go back there.  I just kinda' wish it was in a different month.

On Saturday I spoke with a youth group that came through the Creation Museum.  They're doing the Demolishing Strongholds curriculum that I was blessed to be a part of.  I happened to be in town so I could come in and visit with them.  Really encouraging.  Even though they were really tired from a LONG day they stayed awake for me!  Anyway, it's such a blessing to see the younger generation get excited about their faith.  The leader sent in a really nice email that I'll share with you.

Vince, we just got home from our trip and I wanted to again say thank you. The museum was great and meeting Carl Kirby was fantastic. He did a presentation for us that everyone loved. We had a total of 43 people that attended and being able to speak to Carl and his answering our questions was better than meeting Michael Jordan ( as you said). Carl even presented everyone with a book about witnessing and several read it on our trip home. I only got to page 49 till I took a turn driving.
Once again brother, thanks and if there is ever anything I can do for you, please let me know. I hope to someday meet in person.
If you speak to Carl, please pass on our thanks and tell him to keep up the great work.

Bottom line, stay bold.  Encourage one another.  Let me know if I cah pray for you.

blessings,

Carl k.
