Philippines Report 02

Freedom isn't free!  We've all heard these words and to be honest, I've taken it for granted.  My hosts took me to the American Memorial Cemetary.  It is a huge place with thousands of crosses representing those who gave their lives to free the nation of the Philippines.  Beautiful but, sad!

I digress!  After Manilla the first time, you can see the speaking here if you like.  "From John 10 to Genesis: What is the Connection?"  After CCF, which went very well, I flew to Iloilo.  Very sweet missionaries there, Jerry and Donna Layton who need your prayers, hosted an event where we spoke to key personnel.  One was the head of a seminary, another the head of a Nursing College, at least 4 were Pastors and 2 were missionaries.  One to Hong Kong!  They were very encouraged and excited.

I flew back to Manilla and spoke at Grace which is a Chinese Church.  They were also amazing hosts.  I don't think we can understand just how nice the people of the Philippines are until you come here.  They are the most polite people I've ever encountered.

After Grace I spoke at an ACSI convention, again, fantastic responses.  I've received numerous requests to come and speak in schools now.  They are SOOOO hungry.

That's Grace, pretty big.  Also, while at Grace I met some really COOL new friends.  They are calle "Sweet Monkeys".

Very "sweet"!  Anyway, leave today for another Island.  Stay bold.
