Bermuda

Hi, This will be short because internet is expensive in Bermuda.  Sorry no picture this week, I'll try and get some next week.  Had a great week last week though.  Went to Wisconsin on Saturday, had GREAT ministry.  Really wonderful people that were very gracious.  Left there on Monday morning and flew to Bermuda through Atlanta.  Met with my wife in Atlanta and then we flew to Bermuda together.

What a beautiful island!  They maintain everything here very well.  Almost no trash on the streets, very nice.  Super kind people as well.  Dr. Charles Ware spoke last night and did a fantastic job.  He's such a blessing.

Today I spoke in a private school.  You can't believe the reception.  They told us yesterday that I'd have 25 minutes to speak.  The local group has been praying for a long time for these meetings.  We got in the classroom this morning at 9:00 am and she said, "The class goes to 10:15 so feel free to speak as long as you like!"  Wow!  I immediately changed the talk and spoke for 1 hour.  The kids were locked in!  Even more cool, the teacher was locked in!

There were some good questions asked, especially by one young man and the teacher.  At the end it opened up for conversations.  I was given the opportunity to share the plan of salvation and the Gospel.  Unbelievable!  The teacher told the class that they needed to pay attention not only to the talk that I gave but, to the way that I delivered it because next year they were going to have to give a presentation for a grade.  She told the class that if she were to grade me, even though this was a secular school and I had spoke about God, she would have had to give me a 20 out of possible 20 score.  That's the first time I've received an "A" in a secular school since Jr. High School!

Tomorrow I've got another school.  I pray the Lord is glorified.  Please keep praying.

Blessings,

Carl k.

Praise the Lord! We are praying for your voice - is it doing well, now?
